Abstract
Angular distributions of the reaction at 40.2 MeV bombarding energy have been measured for states in up to 9.16 MeV energy excitation. These data have been analyzed with the distorted-wave Born approximation, and values of the angular momentum transferred to several states have been deduced. A shell-model analysis of the transitions to the low-lying levels has been performed, and the new information gained about the structure of is discussed.
