Abstract
Fundoplication has been performed in 25 patients suffering from symptoms or complications due to oesophageal reflux associated with hiatus hernia. There was no peri-operative mortality and only 1 failure to relieve symptoms of reflux. The procedure is benign and is well tolerated if it is performed without splenectomy. Keywords
