Abstract
The analysis in the first article on measurement of thermal conductivity by utilization of the Peltier effect [T. C. Harman, J. H. Cahn, and M. J. Logan, J. Appl. Phys. 30, 1351 (1959)] is extended to correct for radiation of heat from the lead wires. It is shown how the radiation emissivity of the semiconductor specimen can also be determined from the measured temperatures. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
