Abstract
The infrared and Raman spectra of both SiH3SSiH3 and SiD3SSiD3 are reported. Interpretation of the gas and liquid spectra indicates a value of about 100° for the SiSSi angle. The low‐temperature infrared spectra suggest a C2v symmetry for the molecule in the crystal. Keywords
