Abstract
The Lea blood group substance is essentially homogenous electrophoretically. The mean molecular weight of the substance calculated from diffusion and sedimentation data is 270.000, and the fictional ratio 3.8. The substance is probably moderately polydisperse and the molecular shape highly asymmetrical, or alternatively the molecule is highly hydrated. Keywords
