Structures of New Secoiridioid Glycosides from the Leaves of Syringa vulgaris LINN.

Abstract
Two new secoiridoid glucosides, named syringalactone A and syringalactone B, were isolated together with 8-epikingiside and 7-.beta.-D-glucopyranosyl 11-methyl oleoside from the leaves of Syringa vulgaris Linn. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and other physicochemical evidence.
