Abstract
The reaction between carbon monoxide and hydrogen to form water and methane proceeds quantitatively in a single pass through a supported Ni catalyst bed at 250 – 350°C in an atmospheric‐pressure flow system. The system described is capable of rapid, continuous production of isotopically labelled methanes. Keywords
