Abstract
To the Editor: A close association between HLA B27 and ankylosing spondylitis has been demonstrated in several studies.1 A family with two siblings affected with both ankylosing spondylitis and iritis and the third affected with iritis only, has been called to our attention. The parents (Fig. 1), of Jewish Polish origin, were first cousins, who died during the holocaust.
