Abstract
We have demonstrated several types of tunable infrared generation using periodically poled LiNbO3OPO. Wavelength regions of 2.2 − 7.29 μm, 5 − 18 μm, and 120 − 160 μm were covered by QPM-OPO, DFG between signal and idler of QPM-OPO, and DFG between dual signal wave QPM-OPO, respectively. Keywords
