Abstract
✓ While there have been several cases of cerebral histoplasmoma published in the literature, the occurrence of such a lesion in an intramedullary spinal location has not previously been reported. The authors present a patient with a Brown-Séquard lesion secondary to an intramedullary Histoplasma granuloma in the cervical region. The case was successfully managed with surgical removal of the lesion. Keywords
