Abstract
N-Acetyl-.beta.-hexosaminidases A and B differ in their activities towards oligosaccharides prepared from glycosaminoglycans. Trisaccharides from hyaluronic acid and desulfated chondroitin 4-sulfate were hydrolyzed by N-acetyl-.beta.-hexosaminidase A, but not by N-acetyl-.beta.-hexosaminidase B.This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
