Abstract
1-Acetyl-2-phthalazyl hydrazine has been identified as a metabolic product of 1-hydrazinophthalazine in the intact guinea pig, pigeon liver slices, and rat liver homogenate by paper chromatography and UV absorption spectra. The metabolite exhibits absorption maxima at 241 and 249 mu and a minimum at 246 m[mu].Keywords
