Abstract
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and gel filtration on Ultrogel AcA 34 demonstrated that rabbit antibody elicited to crucian carp hexose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase cross-reacts with starfish hexose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase. This supports previous assumptions that vertebrate and starfish hexose 6-phosphate dehydrogenases are homologous molecules. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
