Abstract
Industrial training draws ideas from many diverse disciplines and attempts to use them in a practical way. One of these underlying disciplines is psychology, but the trainer who delves into the research in this field often finds himself faced with a massive range of material that seems confusing and, to a large extent, irrelevant to his real needs.Keywords
