Input irredundancy of mixed-polarity Reed-Muller equations

Abstract

Mixed-polarity Reed-Muller equations are an alternative to the traditional sum-of-products form for the representation of switching functions. The reduction of mixed-polarity Reed-Muller equations is considered with respect to ensuring input irredundancy.
