Abstract
30 nocturnal teeth grinders (bruxists) and 30 matched controls randomly selected from a university student population were compared on the basis of histories of emotional disturbance and responses to the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory and the Cornell Medical Index. No significant personality differences on these tests between teeth-grinders and controls were observed. Keywords
