Abstract
The clinical findings and reconstructive procedures done in 4 patients with Poland's syndrome are presented. The aim was to achieve better looking and better functioning hands. Deepening of interdigital webs, tendon transfers, and thumb reconstruction are most of the procedures applied. Surgery started as early in childhood as possible.Keywords
