Abstract
A case of rubella in a 46-year-old woman with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria (PNH) is described. The patient developed haemorrhagic bullae and a severe confusional state. The features of PNH and the haematological complications of rubella are discussed. Keywords
