Abstract
From the data obtained with Vontrol and Dramamine, both drugs significantly reduce the duration of nystagmus for at least 2 hr. after intramuscular administration. Because of the small sample size, the statistical insignificance between the 2 drugs should not be regarded as conclusive evidence that a difference does not exist. In order to avoid the problem of large differences among the pre-drug baseline averages which complicated the statistical treatment of our data, we presently are using a randomized cross-over design to compare both drugs in the same monkey. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
