Abstract
Almost perfectly cubic shaped BaTiO3 nanocrystallites are generated by seed-mediated growth of BaTiO3 nanospheres, which are produced by a low-temperature aqueous synthetic method. The formation mechanism of the nanocubes is also proposed on the basis of dissolution–recrystallization mechanism. Keywords
