Causes and effects of noncompliance in cardiac patients

Abstract
This study affirms that compliance with medical regimen in a university cardiac clinic favorably influences patient outcome. The multiplicity of factors influencing compliance are emphasized, as is the need for continuing physician evaluation of compliance, and attempts to favorably influence it.Keywords
