Abstract
The electroreflectance spectrum of semiconducting SrTi exhibits an oscillatory behavior which is mainly due to interference between light reflected from the surface and light reflected from the back of the space-charge region. The experiment provides a simple method of measuring both the high-frequency free-carrier effective mass and the electro-optic effect.
