Abstract
Evidence is presented that coronary thrombosis is relatively uncommon in tuberculous patients. Attention is called to the relative rarity of thromboembolism and pulmonary infarction in tuberculous patients, which has been reported previously. The possible reasons for these findings are discussed and a circulating anticoagulant in tuberculous patients is suggested. Keywords
