Abstract
Video clip consists of frames, and each frame can be con- sidered as a transformed picture of the reference frame. In this paper, we briefly discuss a framelet method for high- resolution image reconstruction to enhance the resolution of video clips. The detailed discussion can be found in (10). Experiments on an actual video clip show that our method can provide information that are not discernable from the given video clip. Keywords
