Harlequin Baby Treated with Etretinate

Abstract
A child born with the harlequin fetus abnormality survived and showed a surprising degree of spontaneous improvement in the first six weeks of life. At this age etretinate was instituted, producing considerable further resolution. The child is now over 2 years old.Keywords
