Evidence Against the Existence of an Excited State of

Abstract
Cloud-chamber measurements have been made on the recoil protons produced by neutrons from the reaction. The distribution of the neutron energies has been determined from 126 recoil proton tracks. No evidence for a low energy group of neutrons and consequently an excited state of was obtained.
