Rubeola Retinopathy

Abstract
A patient with rubeola retinopathy, who was observed for 17 years, manifested the early acute fundus picture of attenuated vessels, retinal edema, and stellate macular figure. After a period of seeming recovery, the condition progressed to the stage of secondary pigmentary degeneration of the retina. It is emphasized, therefore, that in all such conditions, prognosis should be guarded.
