Abstract
Heterotransplantation of gastric adenocarcinoma, induced in dogs by N-ethyl-N''-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (ENNG) was attempted in nude mice. Biopsied material from Borrmann type 3 carcinoma, which showed signet-ring cell carcinoma at the subcardiac region of a beagle dog, was inoculated into the muscles of the hind legs of BALB/c-nu/nu nude mice. Serial transmission was obtained in 2 generations, so far 4-5 passages. The histological findings of the grafts were poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
