Abstract
A new expression for the bit error rate of RAKE receivers with either coherent or noncoherent/differentially coherent binary demodulation schemes in a Nakagami fading channel is derived. The analysis assumes an arbitrary number of diversity branches with arbitrary fading parameters.Keywords
