Abstract
The bis(Phosphine selenide) CH2(Ph2PSe)2 and [Ru3(CO)12](1 : 1) reacted in toluene to give [Ru3(µ3-Se)2(CO)7(dppm)], [Ru4(µ4-Se)2(CO)9(dppm)] and [Ru4(µ3-Se)4(CO)10(dppm)](dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2), the last of which is the first reported 72-electron Ru–Se cubane-like cage complex.Keywords
