Abstract
A case of Wegener's granulomatosis occurred in a 39-year-old woman with laryngeal obstruction, suggestive of neoplasia. The diagnosis was made on laryngeal biopsy, and there was no evidence of systemic involvement at the time. Although the patient initially responded to corticosteroids and radiotherapy, she developed a rapidly progressive systemic disease with pulmonary and renal involvement which led to a fatal termination eight months after diagnosis. Keywords
