Abstract
The study describes the inhibitory activity of natural piericidins and related compounds, including synthetic analogues, to the electron transport system of mitochondria. Consideration of the structure-activity relationships led to the proposing of a structural unit I that was essential to inhibitory activity. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
