Abstract
The myelographic demonstration of malignant deposits in the cauda equina is uncommon, and 3 new cases are described showing nodular filling defects and streaking of the contrast medium. The appearances are correlated with the post mortem findings, the literature is reviewed, and the differential diagnosis is discussed. With the rising incidence of malignant disease and the tendency towards greater investigation, these appearances will be detected more fre-quently.This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
