Abstract
Fine needle aspiration biopsy is a safe technique which can be applied to almost any space-occupying lesion in the human abdomen. In many instances it can be done on an ambulatory basis. Using ultrasonography as guidance the biopsy can be easily and accurately done. When the procedure is correctly performed, the accuracy is usually high. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
