Abstract
• Typical cases of human sporotrichosis infection were reported in a family of four, a veterinary technician, and a veterinary student. They all had had contact with a case of naturally acquired feline sporotrichosis, a rare disease in cats. Experimentally infected adult cats with sporotrichosis demonstrate a clinical disease similar to the cutaneous disease seen in man. (Arch Dermatol 1982;118:429-431)Keywords
