Abstract
Guinea pigs were sensitized with complexes of duck gamma globulin and the homologous rabbit immune serum prepared at antibody excess. These animals showed a delayed type of dermal hypersensitivity if tested 5 to 6 days after sensitization with duck gamma globulin. Suspensions of lymph node cells from such animals removed some antibody from the anti-duck globulin rabbit serum in a specific manner, as demonstrated by hemagglutination with erythrocytes coated with duck globulin. Keywords
