Abstract
Two cases occurring at Stanford Univ. Hospitals are reported. In one case an eosinophilia of 30% was encountered during the course of the infection, while the other was characterized by abdominal pain and nausea. Both patients were constipated, and instead of oocysts, sporocysts were found in the feces. The relationship of constipation to the rupture of the oocysts is suggested. When sporocysts only are present, diagnosis is much more difficult. Keywords
