Abstract
A double-blind study in 50 patients suffering from anxiety was carried out using lorazepam, a new benzodiazepine, and diazepam. The two drugs appeared to be equally effective in all respects and no drug-induced changes were noted from urine examination or in blood-pressure recordings. Keywords
