Abstract
The new observations of increasing mean transverse momentum for the bulk of produced particles with increasing multiplicity, and of nonstatistical fluctuations in the mean transverse momentum per event, are related through the mean squared impact parameter as a function of the number of produced particles, and its fluctuations.Keywords
