Abstract
To the Editor: Several US state medical boards or legislatures have begun drafting regulations that would limit surgical procedures that could be performed in physicians' offices. Although such efforts are often motivated by sensational accounts in the popular press, there are little available data on the incidence of injuries that occur in such settings.1Keywords
