Abstract
A two channel Blumlein excited N2 laser is described. The output of the laser consists of two pulses of approximately 250 kW peak power separated by 15 nsec. The laser is designed to study transient absorption spectra with characteristic lifetimes in the range of 20 nsec to several seconds. Keywords
