Abstract
One hundred and two cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation were studied as well as radiological changes after surgical extirpation. Dilatation of the afferent artery, those of adjacent territories and even the common carotid and vertebrals present but disappears after extirpation of the angioma. Circulation improves in previously unfilled arteries, especially in the anterior cerebral artery when the angioma is in the neighborhood of the middle cerebral artery.
