Abstract
Three new species of Kinorhyncha are described from the shallow water coralline sediment of Castle Harbor, Bermuda. The order Cyclorhagida is represented by Echinoderes bispinosus sp. nov. and E. bermudensis sp. nov. Kinorhynchus fimbriatus sp. nov. is in the order Homalorhagida. All 3 new species were found with Centroderes spinosus, a cyclorhagid, and 2 juvenile stages of a species belonging to the homalorhagid genus Pycnophyes. The new species of Echinoderes appear to be most closely related to Caribbean species while K. fimbriatus sp. nov. appears related to K. langi from the southeastern coast of the USA.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
