Abstract
A low concentration of serum albumin reduces the fractional catabolic rate and increases the rate of synthesis of albumin and vice versa. A low concentration of γG-globulin does not affect the rate of synthesis of γG-globulin but reduces the fractional catabolic rate. Albumin infusions do not influence the metabolism of γG-globulin.Keywords
