Abstract
• A 15-year-old girl with tonic-clonic and absence seizures exhibited right monocular horizontal nystagmus during generalized seizures that were triggered by photic stimulation at a frequency of 15 flashes per second. The ictal nystagmus is considered to be a pathologic form of flash-induced afternystagmus that occurs in the context of an epileptic event. Keywords
