Abstract
The normal appearance and chronology of right auricular electrokymograms is discussed. Findings from right auricular electrokymograms obtained from 43 cases of atrial septal defect and valvular pulmonary stenosis are presented. When hemodynamic alterations of a certain intensity are present, a typical pathologic pattern is seen in right auricular electrokymograms. Similar electrokymographic changes may also occur in many other cardiac lesions. Keywords
