Abstract
Caffein, diuretin and salyrgan in therapeutic doses did not significantly influence the ability of the kidneys of nephritic or hypertensive patients to excrete urea as measured by the urea clearance test. This test of kidney function may be safely employed during the course of treatment with diuretics or following, breakfast with coffee. Keywords
