Abstract
Rat granulosa cells secrete a substance in vitro that acts directly upon cultured rat pituitary cells to preferentially suppress FSH [follitropin] production. The granulosa cell may be a source of ovarian inhibin and the pituitary gonadotroph may be a site of inhibin action. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
