Possible Evidence for a Quadrupole Giant Resonance in

Abstract
Angular distributions for the reaction are presented from 21 to 32.5 MeV. The asymmetry coefficients and increase to a maximum at 30 MeV and indicate a broad quadrupole state centered near 27 MeV.
