Abstract
To improve clinical practice and the quality of patient care by providing a learning opportunity that enhances the participant’s understanding of pressure ulcer risk assessment. This CME/CE activity is intended for physicians and nurses with an interest in learning about pressure ulcer risk assessment. Identify the purpose and benefits of using a pressure ulcer risk assessment scale. Evaluate pressure ulcer risk by using the Braden Scale and its subscales. Identify the interventions that can be implemented based on the patient’s Braden Scale score.Keywords
